Wayne, N.J. – The Lehman college men's soccer team fell to 1-1 on the season after losing to William Paterson University 3-0, on Wednesday night in Wayne, New Jersey. The Pioneers scored twice in the first half and once more in the second to earn the victory.

Essosa Aluyi each had shots on goal for the Lightning.
Chris Mulholland made four saves in the game. William Paterson got first-half tallies from Dante Petrocelli and Darwin Cruz, while Zach Perez accounted for the final goal just past the hour mark.
The Lehman College men's soccer team returns to action on Friday, September 8, when they travel to North Adams, Massachusetts to participate in the Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts tournament. They face Western Connecticut on 4PM and then face the hosts Saturday at 2.
