Box Score Brooklyn, N.Y.  – The Lehman College women's soccer team's season came to a disappointing end after losing 5-0 to defending champion CSI (College of Staten Island) in CUNYAC Tournament Semifinal encounter held at Brooklyn College Field on Wednesday.

CSI, which improve to 11-6 on the season, outshot Lehman (7-7-1 record) 17 to 3 and Lightning goalkeeper Rebecca Gritz had five saves in the loss.

The Dolphins offense was led by forward Samantha LaValle who scored three times, while midfielder Mirsade Pelinkovic and striker Dimitra Tountas each added a tally.

CSI advances to the CUNYAC Finals on Saturday where it will meet the winner of the semifinal between CCNY-John Jay.
