Women’s Basketball Lose At John Jay

New York, N.Y. – Losing streak hit five games for Lehman College women's basketball team as it dropped its first CUNYAC encounter of the season, 69-51, to hosts John Jay College at The Doghouse on Saturday afternoon.  The Lightning fall to 0-5 record and 0-1 in CUNYAC, while the Bloodhounds improve to 4-2 mark and 1-0 in conference play.

Lehman trailed by only five points at the end of the first quarter, however John Jay went on a 21 to 8 run to close out the half and eventually held on for the victory as the Bloodhounds also ended a 10-game losing streak against the Lightning.
