The Lehman College softball and tennis teams will both be in action later today.  Coach  Erin Van Nostrand and her softball players will host The College of Old Westbury while Coach Ana Belzunce's team will travel to Brooklyn for an early season conference match with the Bulldogs. 

After a 10 day lay-off the Lightning softball team is back in action.  Lehman will host Old Westbury who is making their season debut.  Lehman opened the season in Myrtle Beach where they went 2-5 before coming back north.  Victories came against Grove City and SUNY Delhi.  

Fans unable to make the trip to Lehman can follow all of the action on line via live stats and a live stream.

Tennis will also participate in their season opener.  The Lightning will travel to Brooklyn to face the Bulldogs in a CUNYAC match.  It is the first match of the season for both teams.  First serve is scheduled for 3:30 PM.
