Newark, N.J. – The Lehman College women's tennis team won its second consecutive match as it topped hosts Rutgers-Newark, 7-2, in a non-conference match-up, at The Golden Dome Courts on Saturday. The Lightning improve to a 2-4 record this season, while the Scarlet Raiders fall to 0-7 mark.
Lehman swept the six respective singles matches against New Jersey Athletic Conference opponent as junior

Joanna Rosario and freshman
Diwa Rana all posted victories.
Also, the duo of Markouskaya/Rina won in doubles over the Scarlet Raiders' Nell Karpinski/Byranna Thazton, 8-6.
The Lightning are back in action at The APEX Tennis Courts on Tuesday when they hosts FDU-Florham Campus at 3:30 pm.
