Bronx, NY – The Lehman College women's swimming team will conclude their regular season with a dual meet against the John Jay Bloodhounds beginning at 6 PM on Friday night.

The Lightning cruised to victory earlier in the week defeating York 79-55 to improve to 5-7 overall and 2-3 in the CUNYAC.  The Bloodhounds enter the meet with a 4-6 record and a 2-3 mark in the conference.  They too defeated York this week.

Earlier this week Sarina Eshtiaghi was named CUNYAC Swimmer of the Week.  The multi-time award winner, currently owns the top 200 free time in the conference this season at 2:07.71.  She also has the top mark in all three back stroke distances; the 50 in 29.39, the 100 in 1:03.59 and the 200 in 2:22.01.  Earlier this month she was named the CUNYAC Scholar Athlete of the Month.
