New York, N.Y. – The Lehman College women's volleyball team dropped three straight sets (13-25, 10-25, 17-25) to hosts CCNY in a CUNYAC match-up on Tuesday evening at Nat Holman Gymnasium.
 
The Lightning fall to 3-19 overall record and 2-5 in CUNYAC, while the Beavers improve to an 8-6 mark and 4-3 in conference play.
 
Franchesca Acevedo paced the offense for Lehman with five kills and five service aces.  Meanwhile, Heder Rodriguez added 12 assists along with five digs and Yari Peguero grabbed a Lightning best 25 digs.
 
Lehman is back in action on Thursday as it begins a home stand at The APEX Main Gym as it takes on University of Valley Forge and then Medgar Evers College at 6 pm and 8 pm, respectively.
