Box Score 1 | Box Score 2 The Lightning bats were held in check today as they dropped a pair of games in South Carolina falling to Penn St. Harrisburg 11-1 and # 17 Coe 21-0.

Against Harrisburg (2-0) the Lightning run came in the fourth inning.  Diamond Villegas led off the frame with a double.  Caitlin Vernon then proceeded to single to right scoring Villegas. 

Against Coe (2-0) the Lightning were held hitless but did manage to work out three walks. 

The Lightning (0-4) look to regroup this week before returning to action on Saturday hosting Bronx rival the College of Mount St. Vincent in an 11:00 AM doubleheader.
