Bronx, N.Y. – The Lehman College softball team will hosts Drew University in a non-conference doubleheader on Wednesday at South Field with first pitch set for 3 pm.  The Lightning hold a 1-7 mark, while the Rangers are 4-10 this season.

Lehman is coming off back-to-back losses during a twin-bill at Old Westbury on Monday.  After dropping a heartbreaking 2-1 decision in the opener, the Lightning fell in the nightcap, 8-0, in five innings.  Meanwhile, dropped consecutive road matches (8-2, 11-0 in 5 innings) to Middlebury on Sunday.

The Lightning have lost six straight encounters against the Rangers since 2016.  The previous meeting took place on April 10, 2018, at Softball Complex in Madison, N.J., with Drew winning both games, 11-2 and 2-1.
