Bronx, N.Y. – Two Lehman College athletic teams will see action on Tuesday as women's tennis side travels to take on William Paterson University, while women's volleyballers hosts Farmingdale State College.
 
The Lightning tennis squad (3-0), who are coming off an 8-1 home win against Purchase College on Saturday, will look to stay undefeated as it faces non-conference opponents' the Pioneers (1-0) at William Paterson Courts in Wayne, N.J. at 4 pm. 
 
Lehman and William Paterson had met twice since 2009 with each team winning one.  The last meeting between the two sides took place on September 15, 2010 with hosts Pioneers winning 9-0. 
 
Elsewhere on Tuesday, Lightning volleyball side (1-5), who dropped a pair of matches over the weekend at Albertus Magnus College, will aim to get back on winning track against non-conference rival Rams (2-3) at The APEX Main Gym with first serve set for 7 pm.

Farmingdale State has won seven of nine head-to-head encounters against Lehman since 2007, which includes the last four meetings.  The previous match-up took place on Sept. 12, 2017, with the visiting Rams winning in three straight sets (5-25, 18-25, 10-25) at The APEX.
