Bronxville, NY – The Lehman College men's volleyball team improved to 2-2 with a 3-1 road victory over Sarah Lawrence (0-5).
The Lightning took the first two sets by scores of 25-7 and 25-13 before surrendering the third 25-22. Lehman closed out the match winning the fourth set 25-16.

Amari Blake paced the Lightning with nine kills apiece. Blake was credited with four blocks while
Mentor Mahmuti led the way with 23 assists.
Christian Agudo registered 14 digs.
In the opening set, the Lightning scored the first five points and extended the lead to 13-5 before cruising to victory. In the second set, with the Lightning leading 15-13, Lehman scored the final 10 points to close out the set. The Lightning let the third set slip away falling 25-22. It was the only set where Lehman had a negative hitting percentage. Lehman rebounded in the fourth with a 25-16 victory to close out the match.
Lehman returns to action on Saturday as the Lightning travels to Pennsylvania to face the Mighty Macs of Immaculata College.
