Box Score The Lehman College women's tennis team were shutout by the Yeshiva Maccabees 9-0 Tuesday night at the National Tennis Center. 
 
Viola Avdyli was paired with Kayla Jolivett for the first time this season at first doubles but the duo came up short 8-2.  AnnMarie Baliong and Effie Pang dropped their second doubles match 8-1.

In singles play Avdyli fell 6-3, 6-0 in the first spot.  At second singles Jolivett came up short 6-0, 62.  In the third hole, Pang was only able to garner one game in the two sets.  Baliong lost at love and Lemesis Santos had the most competitive match of the evening but ended up on the short end of a 6-1, 7-6 decision. 

The Lightning will move onto the CUNYAC Championships.  The first round is scheduled for Sunday.  Lehman's opponent will be announced later in the week.
