Box Score Bronx, N.Y. - The Lehman College women's soccer team dropped a 3-1 decision to visiting CCNY in a conference encounter on Wednesday evening at South Field.  The Lightning fall to 2-3 record and 0-1 in CUNYAC play, while the Beavers improve to 3-4 mark and 1-0 in conference action.

Midfielder Cassidy Canberg opened the scoring for CCNY in the ninth minute, however Lehman midfielder Melanie Siranaula notched the equalizer in the 22nd minute-mark.

Three minutes into the second half, midfielder Charlotte Foberg headed home the Beavers' second goal off a corner kick taken by defender Nicole Margetta.

Forward Laura Villatoro had the third tally for CCNY 52nd minute-mark for the 3-1 final.

The Lightning return to action next Monday when they travel to Purchase College for a non-conference encounter at 4 pm ET.
