Box Score New York, N.Y. – After surrendering eight goals first half, the Lehman College women's soccer team was unable to recover and dropped a 9-0 decision to host CCNY in a CUNYAC encounter on Saturday at Randall's Island.  The Lightning fall to a 0-4 overall record and 0-1 in CUNYAC action, while the Beaver improve to 4-1-1 ledger and 1-0 in conference play.
 
Forward Skylar Parker led the way for CCNY with three goals (hat-trick), while teammate Laura Villatoro had two tallies along with five assists.
 
The highlight for the Lightning was goalkeeper Josefina Flores who had four saves.
 
Lehman returns to action on Friday (October 7^th) when it hosts Pratt Institute in a non-conference game at South Field with kickoff set for 4 pm ET.
