Danbury, Conn. – Both Lehman College swimming teams dropped their respective match-ups to hosts Western Connecticut State as the men's side lost 121-60, while the women's fell 112-61 at O'Neill Center on Saturday.
 
The highlight for the Lightning men (0-2) were Alejandro Carrillo and Romulo Valadez as they won the 1000 Freestyle (17:54.12) and 100 Backstroke (1:02.46), respectively.
 
The Lehman women (0-3) was paced by Arlene Suzana who claimed gold in the 100 Backstroke with a time of 1:11.72 and the 200 Freestyle clocking in at 2:14.95.
 
Both Lightning squads return to action on Monday (November 21^st) when they hosts a tri-meet at The APEX Pool against Purchase College and York College-NY with the first event set for 6 pm ET.
