Valiants Top Lightning

 
Purchase, NY - The Lehman College (5-4) baseball team stepped out of league play this afternoon and were blanked by Manhattanville (10-10) 23-0.

After scoring 26 runs this past weekend, Lehman managed only four hits against the Valiants.  Eamon Maher, Ranssel Pinedo, Justin Nunez, and Chris Delgado each picked up singles.  The Lightning pitchers also struggled.  The hurlers combined, gave up 15 hits and well as 15 walks. 

Lehman will look to right the ship on Saturday as the take on Baruch at noon in a CUNYAC doubleheader.
