Riverdale, N.Y. – The Lehman College women's volleyball team dropped a three-set (9-25, 12-25, 20-25) non-conference match-up at College of Mount St. Vincent at Peter Jay Sharp Center on Saturday. The Lightning go to a 3-13 overall record, while the Dolphins improved to a 6-8 mark.
After losing the first two sets, Lehman then took an early 4-2 lead in the third set. However, Dolphins outscored the Lightning 23 to 16 to claim the set and the match.
Amariah Emanuel-Tyler notched three kills for Lehman, while
Melissa Santos had two kills with six digs.
The Lightning returns to action next Saturday (October 21
st) when it hosts Sarah Lawrence College, in a non-conference encounter, at The APEX Main Gym with first serve set for 11 am ET.
