West Hartford, Conn. – Despite 19 points, five rebounds and four steals from forward Ramatoulaye "Rama" Diallo, the Lehman College women's basketball team lost the opener of the 25th Annual University of Saint Joseph's Tip-Off Tournament to the hosts, 77-30, on Friday evening at the James A. Calhoun Gymnasium.  The Lightning go to an 0-4 overall record, while the Blue Jays improved to a 3-0 mark.

After a Diallo three-pointer gave Lehman an early lead (3-2), Saint Joseph's-CT went on a 46 to 12 run in the next two quarters to pull away and eventually hold on for the victory.

Along with Diallo, center Myandra "Meme" Duquesnay added eight points with four rebounds for the Lightning offense.

Lehman will play the tournament's consolation game on Saturday (November 18th) at James A. Calhoun Gymnasium against St. Mary's College of Maryland with tip-off set for noon.
