New York, N.Y. – The Lehman College men's basketball team fell by a score of 68-63 to host and CUNYAC leader Baruch College at the Arc Arena. The Lightning drop to a 16-8 overall ledger and 10-3 in CUNYAC play, while the Bearcats improved to a 19-5 mark and 11-2 in conference action.
After trailing by a single point at the intermission (31-30), Lehman jumped to a 41-37 lead seven minutes into the second stanza. The Bearcats battled back and with four minutes remaining had a 58-55 advantage. Then the hosts outscored the Lightning 10 to 8 to close out the game and secured the key conference victory.

Isaiah Geathers led Lehman with 21 points and eight rebounds, while teammate
Kai Parris had 11 points and guard
Juan Fernandez added 10 points.
The Lightning will look to lock in one of the top two spots in CUNYAC Standings, which will earn a first round by in the conference tournament, as they end the regular season next Tuesday (February 14
th) at Medgar Evers College with tip-off set for 8 pm ET.
