Marquese Johnson notched 14 points to pace the Lehman College men's basketball team to a 98-52 CUNYAC triumph over the hosts Medgar Evers College in the regular season finale, at Cougar Cave on Tuesday evening. The Lightning posted a 17-8 overall ledger and 11-3 in CUNYAC action, while the Cougars drop to a 5-20 mark and 1-13 in conference play.
After a 10-10 scoreline after five minutes action, Lehman went on a 39 to 14 run to take the lead (49-24) at the intermission and held on in the second half for the victory.

Will Feldman had 13 points for the Lightning, while teammate
Elijah Avilla added 11 points.
Lehman secured the number two seed in the upcoming CUNYAC Championships and will receive a first round bye as it will host a semifinal encounter next Tuesday (February 21
st) against the winner of CCNY – John Jay College encounter.
