Bronx, N.Y. – The Lehman College baseball team lost both CUNYAC games against visiting Baruch College, 16-3, 10-2, at South Field on Saturday.  The Lightning go to a 3-16 overall record and 3-3 in CUNYAC action, while the Bearcats improved to a 7-10 mark and 5-1 in conference play.

Lehman fell behind early (7-0) and was unable to recover in the opener.  The highlights for the Lightning were infielder Justin Nunez as he went two-for-three with two RBI, while outfielder Jeremmy Santos also went two-for-three from the plate with a run scored and RBI.

In the nightcap, Lehman trailed 5-2 after five innings of action, however Baruch scored five times in the sixth for the victory.  Designated hitter Elias Fermin was two-for-two with a run scored, while Santos went one-for-three and drove in both of Lightning runs.
