Bronx, N.Y. – The Lehman College men's soccer team posted a key 1-0 CUNYAC victory against visiting Hunter College on Monday at South Field. The Lightning go to a 4-6-1 overall record and 2-0-2 in conference play, while the Hawks dropped to a 3-8-1 mark and 1-3-0 in CUNYAC action.
Despite Lehman outshooting Hunter 16 to 6 during the first 80 minutes of the game, it remained scoreless, until seven minutes later, when Lightning forward

Andres Barajas made four saves for his fifth shutout of the season.
The victory places the Lightning (2-0-2) in third place in the CUNYAC Standings behind Baruch College (3-0-1) and CCNY (3-0-1).
Lehman will look to remain unbeaten in CUNYAC play when it hosts York College-NY on Wednesday (October 16th) at South Field at 7 pm ET.
