The Lehman College Women's Tennis squad defeated Albertus Magnus 4-3 to improve to 5-7 on the season. Albertus Magnus falls to 1-11.

Lehman took the doubles point by winning two of the three doubles matches.  The Lehman second doubles squad of Fernanda Navarete and Elizabeth Nlemchukwu prevailed 9-7.  In third doubles the duo of Isis Everett and Vitoria Heloany Reis were victorious 8-4.  

The teams split the singles matches with Lehman winning at second singles thanks to Gabriela Vargas 6-2, 6-4.  Navarete won at fourth singles 6-1, 6-0. Esther Matthews prevailed at sixth singles 6-4, 6-3.  

Caroline Lopez, Shelby Gonzalez and Vitoria Heloany Reis were recognized as the teams seniors playing their final match on the APEX Courts.  

The Lightning will conclude the regular season on Monday afternoon finishing the match at Brooklyn that was halted for darkness.
