Box Score Flushing, N.Y. – The Lehman College women's tennis team ended its 2024 season with a 5-1 loss to hosts Baruch College during the semifinals of CUNYAC Championships on Tuesday at USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center. The Lightning end their campaign with a 5-9 overall mark, while the Bearcats improved to a 12-1 record.

Gabriela Vargas lost 6-0, 6-0, to Bearcats' Ava Deguzman; #3-
Elizabeth Nlemchukwu of Lehman also dropped 6-0, 6-0, to Aishika Yadav of Baruch; and Lightning's #4-
Fernanda Navarrete lost 6-3,6-2 to Bearcats' Maria Calvo.
The remaining singles encounters were either not finished or did not take place after Baruch clinched the semifinal win.
