Bronx, N.Y. – The 2024 CUNYAC Swimming and Diving Championships concluded at The APEX Poll with Day 3 events on Sunday as the Lehman College men's side took second overall with 173 points, while the women's squad finished fifth with 74 points.
The highlights for the Lightning during the Day 3 events were on the men's side as
Adam Byrne,
Brandon Coombs,
Roger Sanchez and
Ronald Sanchez captured gold in the 400 Freestyle Relay with a time of 3:17.10.
Coombs also claimed the bronze at the 100 Freestyle (48.96), while
Ronald Sanchez also took third in the 200 Butterfly (2:01.00).
Also, for the men's side on Sunday,
Romulo Valadez won the bronze in the 200 Backstroke clocking in at 2:22.88.
