Bronx, N.Y. – The Lehman College baseball team dropped a non-conference encounter, 20-4, to visiting Farmingdale State College on Wednesday at South Field. The Lightning go to an 0-14 record, while the Rams improved to a 10-9 mark.
After Lehman took a 1-0 lead in the bottom of the first, Farmingdale State scored eight runs in the next three innings and never trailed after that.
Third baseman
Lizardo Antigua went one-for-two with two RBI for the Lightning, while second baseman
Erik Then was also one-for-two with an RBI.
Lehman are back in action on Saturday (April 13th) when it hosts John Jay College in a CUNYAC twin-bill with first pitch set for noon.
