Bronx, N.Y. – The Lehman College women's tennis team fell by a score of 6-1 to visiting St. Joseph's University-LI, in a non-conference affair, on Saturday at The APEX Courts. The Lightning go to a 1-3 overall record, while the Golden Eagles improved to a 1-1 mark.

Iris Everett won her first collegiate match as she defeated Amalia Augustine of St. Joseph's-LI, 6-2, 6-2.
The Lightning are back in the courts on Wednesday (September 18th) when they travel to Purchase, N.Y. to face Manhattanville University in a non-conference encounter at 4 pm ET.
