Purchase, N.Y. – The Lehman College women's volleyball team dropped a 3-1 (26-24, 6-25, 12-25, 18-25) to hosts Purchase College, in a non-conference affair, at PC Gymnasium, on Saturday. The Lightning go to a 3-8 overall record, while the Panthers improved to a 3-7 mark.
After winning the first set, Lehman lost the next three to lose the match.
Arianna Calderon led the Lightning offense with nine kills and digs, while
Alanis Vasquez added seven kills and 21 digs.
Ana Mena dished out 24 assists and had nine digs, while
Garyana Altidor and
Marlena Thoma each grabbed 12 digs.
Lehman is back in action on Thursday (October 3rd) when it travels to Brooklyn to take on Medgar Evers College, in a CUNYAC match, at 7 pm ET.
