Bronx, N.Y. – The Lehman College women's basketball team fell by a score of 67-29 to visiting Amherst College, in a non-conference encounter, at The APEX Main Gym on Monday.  The Lightning go to a 7-7 overall record, while the Mammoths improved to an 11-2 mark.

The only highlight for Lehman was guard Heaven Figueroa who had 17 points with nine rebounds, seven steals and two blocks.

The Lightning return to a CUNYAC action on Wednesday (January 15th) when it travels to Brooklyn to take on Medgar Evers College at 5 pm ET.
