New York, N.Y. – The Lehman College women's swimming team fell in a CUNYAC match to hosts John Jay College, 58-27, at the JJ Pool on Thursday evening.

The highlight for the Lightning (2-8; 1-3 CUNYAC) was Arlene Suzana who took gold in the 50 Freestyle (27.80) and was part of the 200 Freestyle Relay Winning Team (2:23.60) along with Maria Pagsuyoin, Mariella Nunez and Abena Abankwa.

Pagsuyoin also captured the 100 Breaststroke with a time of 1:50.53.

Lehman will compete at the CUNYAC Championships next weekend at The APEX Pool.
