Freshman Sprinter Oryan Thomas has been named the CUNYAC Male Track and Field Rookie of the Week for the week ending January 5, 2025.

This past Friday, while competing at the Wagner College Invitational, the freshman posted a 22.99 in the 200m and a 7.26 in the 60m at the Ocean Breeze Track and Field Complex on Staten Island.  Those two marks rank second and third respectively in the CUNYAC this season.

Thomas, a Bronx native and his teammates will be back in action on Friday afternoon at Ocean Breeze competing in the St Thomas Aquinas College Spartan Invitational.
