Staten Island, N.Y. – Both Lehman College (men's and women's indoor track and field teams competed on Friday at the Garden State Open at the Ocean Breeze Park Athletic Complex.
The highlight for the Lightning men was
Rismond Agyemang and
Quincy Miller as they each finished fifth in their respective events. Agyemang clocked in 7.19 in the 60 Meter Dash, while Miller had a time of 23.72 in 200 Dash.
Yusuf Jauneh was seventh in the 400 Meter Dash (56.54).
For the Lehman women,
Garyana Altidor took seventh spot in the 400 Meter Dash with a time of 1:18.14.
The Lightning will have one more meet before the CUNYAC Championships next month as they participate in the Garden State Open at The Armory in Upper Manhattan on Saturday (February 22nd).
