The Lightning (10-2-4) also advanced to its sixth NCAA Division III Championship Tournament and will know its opponent next Monday.
After a scoreless first half with Lehman holding a slight edge on the total shots (6 to 5), it was the Lightning side that broke the stalemate in the second stanza as defender

Adam Kowalski in the 80th minute mark.
Goalkeeper
Andres Barajas made four saves for Lehman to earn his seventh overall shutout of the season.
It was the Lightning's fourth soccer championship in the past ten years.
The men's soccer team is also the first Lightning squad since the 2023 outdoor track and field team to win a CUNYAC Championship.
