Bronx, N.Y. – The Lehman College men's basketball forward Amar Ndiaye was named the CUNYAC Player of the Week for the week of December 15th.

The Harlem, N.Y. native registered a career-high in points and rebounds to lead the Lightning to victory in their only game last week as he netted 17 points, grabbed 23 rebounds, while posting three blocks, two steals and two assists in the 82-54 victory over Brooklyn College.  It was his fifth 'double-double' of the campaign.

Lehman will be back in action on Friday (December 19th) when it travels to Hackensack, N.J. for an exhibition game with Division I side FDU at the Bogota Savings Bank Center with tip-off set for 3 pm ET.
