New York, N.Y. – During first day of the New York University Invitational, the Lehman College men's swimming team captured the 200 Freestyle Relay, on Friday.

The Lightning side composed of Jefferson Tejera, Brandon Coombs, Roger and Ronald Sanchez finished with a time of 1:28.97. 

The Lightning same four-member group took fifth place in the 200 Medley Relay (1:41.95), while  Coombs also claimed fifth spot in the 50 Freestyle (22.23).

Second and final day of the NYU Invitational will be held on Saturday.
