Emmanuel Cochran recorded 14 kills to lead the Lehman College men's volleyball team to a 3-1 (25-14, 25-23, 24-26, 25-13) non-conference victory against the hosts Yeshiva University at the Max Stern Athletic Center on Monday evening. The Lightning go to an 8-1 overall ledger, while the Maccabees dropped to a 1-8 mark.
After taking the first two sets, Lehman lost a close one to Yeshiva in the third set. The Lightning quickly rebounded to win the fourth set and the match.
Almir Pepic notched seven kills for Lehman, while
Oscar Calderon had six kills and
Christian Agudo dished out 16 assists with seven digs.
Levi Rosario also added 10 digs.
The Lightning are back in CUNYAC action this Thursday (February 27th) when they visit Baruch College at 7:30 pm ET.
