Jamaica, N.Y. – Guard Heaven Figueroa scored 19 points and grabbed nine steals to lead the Lehman College women's basketball team won its third consecutive CUNYAC game on Friday evening as it defeated the hosts York College-NY, 76-40, at the Health & P.E. Complex.  The Lightning go to a 13-9 overall ledger and 8-3 in conference play, while the Cardinals dropped to an 0-16 mark and 0-11 in CUNYAC action.

Lehman jumped out to 25-2 lead after the first quarter and never looked back as it posted sixth straight head-to-head victory against York-NY.

Guard Sage Fanelli added 17 points and six assists for the Lightning, while teammate Emily Kennedy notched 11 points with eight rebounds.

Lehman will be back in action next Wednesday (February 11th) when it travels for a key CUNYAC encounter against Hunter College at the Sportsplex with tip-off set for 5 pm ET.
