Brooklyn, N.Y. – Jordan Johnson registered six kills to lead the Lehman College men's volleyball team to three-set non-conference victory (25-11, 25-9, 25-5) against the hosts Medgar Evers College, at the Cougars Cave, on Thursday evening.  The Lightning improved to a 9-9 overall ledger, while the Cougars dropped to an 0-13 mark.

After taking the first two sets, Lehman trailed early (1-0) in the third.  However, the Lightning went on a 25 to 4 run to win the set and the match.

Alain Abreu Esteva, Oscar Calderon and Abdoylaye Kante all had four kills each for Lehman.  Nathaniel Matthie dished out 18 assists and hit nine service aces, while Esteve added seven aces and Kante recorded six along with Dalano Moulton.

The Lightning returns to action next Monday (March 23rd) with a regular season home finale at The APEX Main Gym with the first serve set for 6 pm ET.
