Lehman Volleyball Topples Sarah Lawrence

The Lehman women's volleyball team pushed their winning streak to three games on Saturday afternoon with their 3-0 (25-20, 25-13, 25-20) win over host Sarah Lawrence College to improve to 10-7 overall on the season.

Standouts for the Lightning included Vanessa Brown (nine kills, 10 digs), Jennifer Winkler (22 digs, two service aces), Gerri-Ann Martin (seven kills, 13 digs, two service aces) and Lisa Jagdeo (27 assists, two kills, six digs and one solo block).

Lehman returns to action on Monday when they take part in a CUNYAC multi-match at Brooklyn College with games against the host Bulldogs at 1 p.m. and the City College of New York at 5 p.m.
