BRONX, N.Y. – The Lehman College women's tennis team dropped an 8-1 decision to visiting Kean University on Saturday afternoon. The non-conference match was played on the APEX Tennis Courts.
The sole winner for the Lightning was sophomore Lynessa George (Bronx, N.Y./New Covenant Christian) at second singles, by scores of 6-3 and 6-2.
Up next, Lehman will travel to the National Tennis Center in Queens on Tuesday, to face host St. Joseph's College of Brooklyn.
