Montclair, NJ – The Lehman College women's volleyball team dropped both matches at the Montclair Tri-Match.  Lehman fell to the hosts, Montclair State 3-0 and later in the day drop a three set affair to USMMA.

The River Hawks prevailed in the opening match 25-10, 25-18 and 25-12.  Salveira Gonzalez led the way with three kills, three digs and a service ace. 

Against the US Merchant Marine Academy, the Lightning also lost in straight sets (25-15, 25-19, 25-18).  Gonzalez recorded a team high 10 kills off of 26 attacks.  Samantha Delgado registered 22 assists and Yaidee Nieves was credited with 10 digs. 

The Lightning will return to action on Tuesday night at St. Joseph's – Brooklyn.
