Bronx, N.Y. – A busy day of games awaits the Lehman College teams Wednesday, as the women's tennis, women's soccer and women's volleyball all face some stiff non-conference opposition.

The women's tennis team will face off on the road against Bard College, looking to extend their winning ways as the season hits the home stretch. They are coming off a win against FDU-Florham Tuesday afternoon. First serve is set for 4:00 p.m. at Annadale-on-Hudson.

For the Lightning women's soccer team (5-5-1), they travel to face non-conference opponent Purchase College at 7:00 p.m. They are coming off a 5-1 victory over York last Saturday, as four second half goals by Chelsey Harris broke open the game wide open to seal the win. Lehman is looking to build momentum down the final few games of the regular season with four CUNYAC games left.

The lone home game Wednesday night is the women's volleyball team (4-15), who will face the United States Merchant Marine Academy at the APEX Center. They are currently seeking to snap a 12-match losing skid after dropping both ends of a CUNYAC tri-match Sunday. They forced a fifth set, but ultimately fell 3-2 against John Jay, then dropped three straight against host Baruch College.
