The Lehman College women's soccer team as well as the women's volleyball team will have a tough test ahead of themselves tonight as they face Manhattanville and Hunter respectively.

Coach Casey Melilli and her squad will travel up to Westchester to face a Manhattanville team that stands at 2-3-1.  Most recently the Valiants had their most productive game of the season as they found the back of the net six time in downing Maritime 6-1.  Before the Maritime game the Valiants had only scored four goals.  The Lightning enter the match with a mark of 3-5-1.  Lehman split games this past week defeating CUNYAC rival City College before falling at St. Joseph's (LI).  For her efforts this past week, Daisy Gomez was named CUNYAC Player of the Week.  In two games she scored three goals and added an assist.

The Lightning volleyball squad is riding a two match winning streak as Lehman defeated Yeshiva and Medgar Evers in their last two outings to improve to (2-10:1-2).  Hunter, a perennial power in the CUNYAC leads the league with a 9-2 overall record and a 3-0 mark in league play.  The match is scheduled to get underway at 6:00 PM in APEX.
