Lehman will host Hunter in the regular season finale for both schools on Tuesday evening in the APEX. Before the start of each game, the Lightning will recognize the seniors on the squad.
The women tip off at 5:30 PM with the men's game to follow. Lehman and Hunter both enter the game with identical 10-5 records in conference play. The winner of tonight's contest will be the three seed in the upcoming post season tournament, while the loser drops to the four seed. Regardless of the outcome both teams will host a first round play-off game on Sunday. In their last outing the Lightning dropped a hard fought 81-71 decision against CSI.
Aliyah Dorsett led the Lightning with 24 points.
Ayanna Behagen and
Selena Lopez added 18 and 15 points respectively. Hunter defeated CCNY 94-82 this past Saturday. Janine Conway led the way with a career high 29 points.

The Lightning men have already secured the number one seed in the upcoming post season tournament as they look to improve upon their 20-4:14-1 record. In their last outing the Lightning needed a last second bucket by
Luis Hernandez to give Lehman an 83-82 victory over Staten Island to earn the series sweep over the Dolphins. Hernandez netted 32 points and team mates
Mylo Mitchell added 21 points and 11 rebounds.
Jean Marcial also posted a double double with 13 points and 11 rebounds. At 12-12:8-7 the Hawks have secured a play-off spot. Hunter is currently tied with John Jay for the fourth spot. The only thing that still has to be decided is where the #4/#5 contest will be played on Saturday. The winner of the #4/#5 game will take on Lehman in the Semi-Finals next Tuesday at CCNY's Nat Holman Gymnasium. In their last outing, the Hawks defeated CCNY 84-76. Matt Franks led the way with 33 points and became the newest member of the 1000 point club.
