Bronx, N.Y. – CUNYAC Player of the Year
Amar Ndiaye was selected to the 2025-26 All-Met (Metropolitan Basketball Writers Association) Division III First Team while teammate RIcardo Dixon ws named Third Team.
The forward, who also claimed accolades in ECAC, NABC Division III District 4 and D3Hoops.com, appeared in all 28 games with 27 starts and led the Lightning to its first CUNYAC title since 2004 after defeating CCNY in the final. The conference title also secured Lehman a berth to the NCAA Division III Tournament. The Harlem, N.Y. native, who was also named Conference Player of the Week twice this season, averaged 11.6 points per game and led CUNYAC with 10.9 rebounds and 2.3 blocks per contest. For his efforts, Ndiaye was also selected to the CUNYAC All-Star First Team.
Dixon, a senior was named Third Team All-Met. A First-Team All-CUNYAC selection, the Bronx native, averaged a team high 13.2 points and 9.1 rebounds per game. He was named the MVP of the CUNYAC Championship game.
