Box Score Bronx, N.Y.  – The Lehman College women's volleyball team dropped a three-set non-conference match (11-25, 13-25, 9-25) to visiting Pratt Institute at The APEX Main Gym on Wednesday evening.  The Lightning fall to 0-8 record on the season, while the Cannoneers improve to a 9-3 mark.

After Pratt quickly pulled away early to win the first two sets, Lehman held strong opening part of the third game and just trailed by 4-3.  However, the Cannoneers went on another run, 21 to 6, to complete the three-set sweep.

The Lightning spark was provided by Andrea Alaron who had five kills and 15 digs, while Heder Rodriguez dished out eight assists and grabbed 10 digs.

Lehman continues its home-stand this Saturday when it hosts a CUNYAC Tri-Match against Baruch College and Brooklyn College with the first serve set for 10 am ET.
