Bronx, N.Y. – Kenneth Davis and Aminata Sissoko of the Lehman College men's and women's indoor track and field teams won CUNYAC postseason honors of the Male and Female Sportsmanship Awards, respectively.

Both Lightning track stars were key in helping each squad finish third at the CUNYAC Championships last month.

During the conference meet, Davis captured the gold medal in the Weight Throw with 14.23m and bronze in the Shot Put with 11.54m.  Meanwhile, Sissoko won the Triple Jump (10.18m) and took second in the 1 Mile Run (5:55.89) as well as 60 Meter Dash (8.43).  Sissoko also claimed gold as part of the 4x400 Meter Relay with a time of 4:40.87.

Davis, along with Ismael Barry, Jonathan Augustin and Nelson Benzen Jr. were also named CUNYAC All-Stars. On the women's side, Sissoko,Colby Corley, Arlene Suzana and Amariah Emanuel-Tyler were also named CUNYAC All-Stars.
