Bronx, N.Y. – Five Lehman College men's soccer team members earned CUNYAC 2025 postseason accolades as two (defender
Lance Brdaric and midfielder Dennis Cameron) were selected to first-team all-conference, while goalkeeper
Andres Barajas, forward Ashraf Aubakar were added to the CUNYAC all-second squad and defender
Gabriel Arful was named to the All-Sportsmanship Team.
Arful claims his first CUNYAC award after starting 14 games for Lehman defense that allowed just 12 goals against for conference best, while he also dished out an assist from the backline position.
Aubakar earned conference accolades during his first season with the Lightning as he had a team-leading five goals while dishing out an assist. The Bronx native also played 13 games with eight starts for Lehman.
Barajas won his second conference postseason prize after starting in goal in 12 games for the Lightning, while posting an 8-1-3 overall record with CUNYAC leading 0.43 G.A.A., .878 save percentage and six shutouts.
Brdaric captures his first CUNYAC accolades for Lehman after starting all 15 games on defense that allowed a conference team best 0.80 G.A.A. The native of Düsseldorf, Germany also added a goal and an assist from the backline.
Cameron obtained his second overall CUNYAC postseason award after starting all 15 games for the Lightning, while scoring three times and dishing out a team-leading four assists.
Lehman is scheduled to face off against CCNY this coming Saturday (November 8th) in the CUNYAC Championship Final at York College-NY with kickoff set for 2 pm ET. The winner will also earn the automatic conference berth to the NCAA Division III Championships.
