Box Score New York, N.Y. – For a fourth consecutive year the Lehman College men's basketball team will compete for the CUNYAC Championship after defeating the hosts John Jay College, 74-63, in the semifinals on Tuesday evening, at The Doghouse. The Lightning improved to a 19-8 overall record, while the Bloodhounds go to an 18-8 mark.
After holding a slim three-point lead (30-27) at the intermission, Lehman outscored John Jay 44 to 36 in the second half to secure another chance to be able to lift the conference title this coming Friday (February 27th).

Kai Parris led Lehman's offense with a 'double-double' scoring 18 points with 13 rebounds. Guard
Kunal Bagga added 15 points, while forward
Lasana Camara also had a 'double-double' as he posted 12 points and 10 boards.
The Lightning will once again face the regular season and defending CUNYAC Champion Baruch College in the final on Friday at the ARCA Arena. The CUNYAC Champion will also earn a berth to the NCAA Division III Tournament.
