Lightning Volleyball Downs Cooper Union in Straight Sets

NEW YORK, N.Y. - Taking their talents on the road for just the second time in the last six matches, the Lehman men disposed of host Cooper Union 3-0 (25-21, 25-19, 25-15) on Saturday afternoon to improve to 5-3 on the season.

Junior Brian Francisco led the attack with eight kills, while Manuel Bonilla and Andrew Morejon each added seven. Miguel Gallardo handed out 28 assists and also registered a team-high 11 digs.

Lehman next takes to the court on Thursday when it hosts John Jay College at 7 p.m. in the APEX.
